Looking at Jacksonville radar It looks like to me that at least a small part of the eye will be over the water soon if it keeps moving NE. If so the entire eye could be over the water by noon or so.If so you gotta wonder if it will reform and strengthen?
Gray Reef off Savannah shows 40 knot gusts with 83 degree water,barometer is 29.58 slowly falling. But, I don't know enough about the steering, forward speed and direction to figure out what it will do.
Rain amounts have to be crazy high.
