Very glad to know your area is drying out.

It will be interesting to learn whether the Lakewood Ranch residents knew they were in a flood plain for Lake Manatee when they bought their property. Otherwise, several Lakewood Ranch residents are impressively snobbish. They paid extra for the privilege of buying into the community east of I-75.

Who would want to live there? I believe I remember you said that area is full of MANY types of annoying bugs... far worse than west of I-75.

We took a drive around Lakewood Ranch years ago during one of our March trips to Florida. We weren't impressed. Unless maybe we missed something?
