I am new here. I would like to bring maybe some good news to this thread if I can. There were 73 people who were polled here. 73. I have plenty of concerns, but this poll is not one of them. I am too new here to say it would be nice if everyone here could stick together because we all want to win this election so IâÂÂm not going to say that. But 73 people we know nothing about are not going to make me panic or stop working however I can to win this.

It's useless for predictive purposes, but useful for other purposes.
In my Monte Carlo model, I correlate the state results with the national popular results/polls (going back to 1980) in order to create a correlation table to prevent unusual combinations of outcomes (like, say, Georgia voting for Trump and North Carolina voting for Harris). Correlations are necessary to trim the tails of the result set.
I'm not saying that splitting Georgia and North Carolina is impossible, but in my model Georgia correlates to the national poll at 0.7025, and North Carolina correlates nationally at 0.9066. Georgia and North Carolina's correlation coefficient to each other is 0.8771, but I don't use this.

I guess the take-away is that Republicans in consistently blue states (Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Illinois, Michigan) are more likely to match the national poll than are Democrats in consistently red states (Florida, Arizona, Ohio).

The Trump team played a great game in the first half. The DNC realized that their starting quarterback had nothing left in the tank. So they switched quarterbacks. Now they have the momentum.
