I missed where SCOTUS ruled a president had immunity for criminal acts. The actual ruling on when the president had absolute immunity was rather narrow and based on what is stated in the Constitution.
And on the side
He can pound sand as far as I’m concerned.
I guess it’s just a coincidence that Schumer wants to take the immunity issue away from the Supreme Court and give all control of it to the group he is a member of.
I guess that the members of Congress will retain their ‘immunity’ regardless to what they are trying to force on the Executive Branch.
Isn’t it weird how Democrats propose laws that they know will never pass?
