Is it did, would President Harris (God forbid!) put Christians and Jews into internment camps, the way FDR did to American citizens of Japanese descent in WW2?

If Turkey attacks Israel, Turkey is on their own. If a NATO member launches a war, all of NATO is not obligated to join them. That would put Estonia, Turkey, or the Dutch directly in charge of the US armed forces.
It is a little tricky. If Turkey were to attack Israel this would be outside of the NATO treaty obligations and Turkey would be on its own. If, however, Israel were to take preemptive action and attack Turkey inside of Turkey (not in Syria or Lebanon), this would trigger NATO’s Article of collective self-defense. This requires assistance but not military intervention. But if Israel were to attack Turkish troops in Syria or Lebanon, then this would again be outside of NATO’s obligations. If war started in Syria and then spread to Turkey, I do not know how NATO would address this.
If Turkey attacked first article 5 will not be invoked. It is the defense of a member from external attack not their own stupidity to start a war. Individual nations can support what side they want.
One of my high school classmates worked for FEMA. I asked her if there are FEMA camps set up. She said no, but they could build FEMA camps in 2 weeks.
