She WAS brutal, but never devolving into a shrieking harridan, where no matter how right she is, you want to say "enough already". In her take down, she remained attractive, not in a flirty "come hither" way, but with a projected womanly concern about the well-being and needs of real people. That is a gift that not every woman consistently has.
