The original Liberty Bell is most definitely in Philadelphia. I think this is:

A replica of the Liberty Bell, Freedom Bell, American Legion was surveyed as part of the Smithsonian’s American Art Museum’s Inventories of American Painting and Sculpture database in 1985.”
Either way any non-citizens in that group should be deported immediately, all others should face appropriate charges.
