Presentation is consistent with Parkinsons...
“mask like” face, swallowing disability...
I noticed his hands were either moving or folded together. Parkinsons patients usually exhibit what is called a “resting tremor” in their hands. The tremors is not observed when their hands are locked or if they are being moved. Usually seen when hands are hanging down of the sides of the body..
Intermittent freezing up of body is a common occurrence.
If he has Parkinsons he may be getting oral or injectable APOMORPHINE(not a morphine or opiate derivative). APOMORPHINE can allow some alleviation of Parkinson symptoms if only for a short period. Which could be why his engagements are so short.

Yes, my late father died of Parkinson’s and other health issues in 1985. His right hand shook often. In fact, he had to
hold his right wrist in a tight grip with his left hand to sign his name. I noticed Biden’s wife held his left fingers when he got off AF1.I would not trust the so-called Biden decision to resign as I watched my father make decisions that he never would have made. I later found out who was in his house during the day.
