The words, or the meaning thereof?
The words were clear enough. They were strung into a sick combination of nonsense phrases, mindless cliches, and self-serving lies.
The speech was pre-recorded. Jill was in Paris Tuesday.

TOO many reports that she is in Paris.
We watched with the sound off - I asked my IT son if it were AI or not and he said “quite possibly.”
He was hardly moving, only his lips moved - and was obviously heavily made-up to cover up his gray, ashen skin. He also looked drugged-up.
I wonder if we’ll even see him again. (hope not).
It was hard to verify even the fact that Jill Biden arrived in Paris. All I found was that she was at a Tokyo stop before going to Paris. Very curious.
From your comment I also think Joe’s address to the nation was recorded before she left.
