No person suffering from a mental state known as gender dysphoria, and subjected to hormone treatments and radical surgery, may be said to be “healthy”. They shall need much medical attention and support for the entire remainder of their lives, and since the process is irreversible, may also suffer much greater mental anguish than if they had never agreed to the procedures in the first place.
There is not, and never shall be, any such thing as a “transgender” human being.
