You would think the protesters would have to get permits like any gathering does in public...They are certainly using public streets/sidewalks but considering DC politics probably no action will be taken to clear them out. Is Bowser still in charge? If so, that would explain why it’s allowed/ignored!!! Let counter protesters show up and there will be a different scenario..
