Yes, I agree that it is because of the rapists. The next question should be how did the rapists get there? Who voted to let them in?

You are wrong. We have at least ten times the testosterone of a woman. You have no idea what the sight of a woman in revealing clothing does to us. Dennis Prager has said civilized men are to be commended for suppressing their base desires. Muslims consider exposed skin as “uncovered meat”. Who can be surprised if flies land on it, or men take it. They are not constrained by society as we are.
