He didn’t need to say it. That’s what surrogates are for.
He should have said “She’s wrong, so very wrong, for this nation. Her policies are nothing more than a continuation of the downward spiral this nation is in.”
I remember how she behaved during the Trump Administration at Senate hearings when Republicans were being grilled by the Democrats for one reason or another. She was the nastiest out of all of the Democrats on the committee asking questions, talking like she was a prosecutor in a criminal court, rude and sarcastic and arrogant as all get-out. IIRC she would frequently “tag-team” with some black male senator whose name escapes me. What a walking racist sexist disaster.
Trump is usually right about most things. People don’t believe he is until a few days or weeks later when his statements are proven right on the money that all those same folks that castigated him for his words start praising him for being right. It’s crazy!
