That brilliantly sums up the absurdity of the “traditions” that courts lean upon when they simply don’t want to deal with a particular claim. The concept of “standing” has been abused to the point where it means nothing anymore. It is now just a device that is used to deny justice to those who imperialistic judges disfavor for whatever reason.
