I think it’s a crack induced wet dream on Manchin’s part but an open democrat convention is practically guaranteed. Then we’ll see the folks pulling the strings pull out the chosen one and steal an election in November. IMO
The top of the ticket has already been determined by the Dem Powers To Be, we just don’t know who.
Remember convention delegates are nobodies, the power of choice is w the super-delegates.
