Kamala at her core is another phony like Obama. Harris is not a Negro,but she has a Negro grandmother. Kamala herself is 3/4 Caucasian. Now someone like George Floyd is clearly a Negro by inspection. He was authentic and didn't pretend to be something he was not.

As much as we make fun of her - she does okay in this speech. At least with her speaking (a bit shrill). She was a prosecuting attorney.
And she is good at telling lies. Says Project 2025 is Trump’s plan, Trump banned abortion and wants to ban birth control! (That is probably in Project 2025).
