IMO Biden did not even write or sign the letter. He was told what was going to happen.
Biden finally got it through his addled brain that if he didn’t step aside, the Dems would eventually 25th Amendment him and he did not want the embarrassment and public memory of being the first president declared too incompetent to fulfill his presidency. Now that he has stepped aside the drumbeat by both parties to remove him has quieted down from the left. And there isn’t enough Dems and Repubs that will vote to remove him. He will be allowed to fill out his term and retire.
Oh you bet, Jill didn’t go quietly without a huge payday.
Once this all settles down, she will dump joe in an alzheimers facility, pick up some boy toy and spend a lot of time in Paris.
