Does Biden know he dropped out of the race?
Will tomorrow they have him speak to a small group of staff members and have them pretend to be donors?
Biden barely knows he is President now so how much would they need to do in order to let him pretend he is still running as they shuffle him away to the nursing wing of that Delaware home. Heck, they can convince him bird flu has spread so he can only see a small group of people at a time and he would probably believe them.
They can have him give a campaign speech to a group of nursing staff once a week and he will probably roll with it.
