We really need to dig deeper into the fraud in these
agencies teeming with people sucking up tax dollars.
Payroll fraud is widespread and easy to pull off on the govt payroll.
There are several methodologies used, including
<><>submitting falsified time sheets,
<><>issuing unauthorized paychecks, bonuses, benefits and overtime
<><>enrolling fictitious employees in pension plans.
The fraudster simply sets up fictitious employees and arranges for them to receive a salary, benefits, overtime payments, bonuses and pensions, even though they do not perform any duties.
The fraudster then diverts the fraudulent payments into their bank account or that of an accomplice.
