There are 4 or 5 States that have laws about replacing candidates stating only death or 25th Amendment permits it. The GOP would certainly have standing.

Remember that you cannot “replace” that which does not yet exist.
Once the Democratic National Convention delegates vote for a candidate then there is someone who can be “replaced”.
