To me, a location like that so close and unguarded had to be either colossally inept (VERY un SS) OR planned. And I think what clinches that thought for me was the Director’s answer about the ‘sloped roof.’

Has anyone seen the video with the guy on the top of the water tower? He had a spectacular view of the area and I assume he had binoculars. When the rounds started going off, he ducks behind the structure at the top center of the tank.

I saw some fuzzy videos and likewise stills... It could have been anything from Bigfoot, a moose or a covey of martians..
