Nice men who help everybody dont jump out of the car yelling and hitting a strangers truck with his fist. His hot-headedness cost him his life and the guy that shot in self defense should not be charged.
A very important detail is that he switched the hand holding the weapon below the line of sight of the other driver. When he raised his hand, the other driver had every reason to believe he was raising his weapon. The other driver had a fraction of a second to decide. Better to be tried by 12 than carried by six. The victim in this case was an idiot. (He may have taken the second shot in the face.)
