I watched a terrible movie with Julia Roberts and Kevin Bacon in it. “Leave the World Behind” (Netflix). Of course I had to watch until the end to see what happened. But some sort of breakdown with the internet/computers. Planes and ships and stuff lose communications, etc.
The premise of the movie could have very well had the assassination or failed assassination of a presidential candidate to start the movie off.
(”Well, if I can’t have her - nobody can have her!” Cue the old cartoon of Obama raping the Statue of Liberty.)
Yea, our entire society is massively vulnerable…
Every FReeper should have basic living,provisions covered at home.
There were two great parts to that incredibly STUPID movie.
1. Kevin Bacon’s role. A prepper who was protecting his family. He and his family would have survived.
2. The brand new Tesla’s crashing into themselves on the Long Island expressway.
