Yes, it’s the same Crowdstrike that “investigated” Hillary’s server “hack” and testified that the Roooshians did it.
Then behind closed doors said “yeah, we made that up”.
The fix such as it is:
Workaround Steps:
Boot Windows into Safe Mode or the Windows Recovery Environment
Navigate to the C:\Windows\System32\drivers\CrowdStrike directory
Locate the file matching “C-00000291*.sys”, and delete it.
Boot the host normally.

Yup, I remember the name well... also tied in to the Ukraine IIRC...
One of my banks denied login, the other let me login but services seemed to be curtailed...
