For me, incompetence could not possibly be the cause of this humongous failure.. So many supposedly experts and professionals in security right at hand. Simply put, ain't no way that many of those people could be that stupid.

The only possible answer to this murderous plot is a willingness to stand down, with a malice of forethought. ANYTHING else, is a damned lie.!

Another thing. I'm no lawyer, but in a situation where someone is killed or injured because of incompetence, that becomes a prosecutable crime. Does it not.??
