Washington — U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle has agreed to testify to the House Oversight Committee as Republicans ramp up efforts to investigate the attempted assassination of former President Donald Trump.
The committee's Republican chairman, Rep. James Comer of Kentucky, subpoenaed Cheatle on Wednesday for her testimony, requesting her appearance before lawmakers on July 22.
In a letter to Comer on Wednesday, the Department of Homeland Security offered Cheatle's testimony on July 25, July 26 or the following week. The July 22 date clashed with her "travel and operational commitments." But a committee spokesperson said the hearing would take place as scheduled on July 22, adding that "Americans demand and deserve answers" from Cheatle about the assassination attempt and the Secret Service's "egregious failures."

The July 25th is the DAY after Bibi Netanyahu’s speech to joint Session, or.. just the House. So there’s that to obscure the hearing.
If was Bibi- would not trust any US security. All IDF,Mossad, and/or Shin Bet.
She will stonewall, otherwise known as spitting in the faces of the committee members.
I can see exactly how this will go already. Expect to hear “I do not recall,” on repeat for the entire duration.
What a pathetic joke. Her testimony will be, “sloped roof too dangerous for CIA snipers.” One prerequisite for heads of intelligence agencies should be to have served one term in a combat zone… dodging lead and RPGs.
There are only 2 possibilities that fit the facts.....The SS allowed the attempted assassination to happen or the SS devised the plan to make the assassination happen.
I expect she won't show up on July 22nd. If she does somehow show up, it will be with a dozen of the best attorneys that the Biden Administration can find and they will all advise her that she can not answer any of the Committee's questions as it would interfer with an on-going federal investigation.
SS was aware for at least 1 hour that he was walking around with a backpack and range finder and not a single member of the SS conducted a stop and frisk. The SS was in on it.

This is a chance for us to see if the Democrats believe they have this election wrapped up - if she blatantly lies to Congress, then she’s convinced that Trump will lose.
How very accommodating of her to take time from her busy schedule of doing NOTHING to take the time to chat with a House select committee.
