Actually it is lefty ideal. And there is nothing rational about it. Guy/women working at a fancy Restaurant/Hotel makes 120 thousand a year. 100 thousand of it in tips. Pays taxes on 20 thousand in income. Person actually working for only 20 thousand pays taxes on the entire amount. And you all think that is just and American. A cutout for a certain class. I am embarrassed how easily conservatives take the blue pill. If Biden had proposed it then people here would be crying about it.
Anytime anyone can get away from paying income taxes legally, I’m for it.
