Does this Pulitzer Prize winning photographer follow Trump around as a general thing? Why was he there that particular day.

That photographer, Evan Vucci, is AP's chief photographer. Not a surprise that he would be there. I loathe AP's "news" coverage, but I think it's simply a matter of him being where he ordinarily would be.

Evan Vucci is a professional photojournalist who was on an assignment, doing his job.
