A simple bill cannot be used to replace the Constitution. They have to get a Constitutional amendment to destroy our courts. They are good at destroying, but they’re horrible about doing the right thing. I can’t recall a single time when the Democrats, in the last 50 years, have done a single thing to help America.
There is nothing in the Constitution that fixes the number of justices. The original number was 6. Since there was a shortage of federal judges at the time they also went out and road the federal district circuits. Nine has become the traditional and accepted number. A Constitutional amendment fixing it at 9 should be done ASAP.
