I live east of Reno.

Lance Gilman developed Tahoe Reno Industrial Center—Tesla was his first buyer of land.

LYON COUNTY -—east of Storey County—has RE-ZONED the land on the WEST SIDE of US Hwy 95-A into INDUSTRIAL ZONING. FROM FERNLEY at I-80 south to the Carson River-—past U S HWY 50...which is current under doubling those lanes from Silver Springs to Fallon. THAT rezoning is about 30 miles.

I WOULD highly RECOMMEND that MUSK set up a land purchase along that corridor & MOVE COMPLETELY OUT of the FREMONT facilities.

Currently, Batteries made at TRIC here in N Nevada are shipped by road to Fremont.

Calif is collecting a “SPECIAL FEE” for every truck because those batteries are hazardous. FUNNY-—they are not hazardous for a fee when in the cars.

Those transportation costs-—NO special fees—and the headaches of doing ANYTHING inside Calif would sure have me thinking about doing such.

ELON is pretty smart.

I THINK that would erase his California footprint—unless there are some offices in SF area.

WHILE I CURRENTLY live along that corridor & would NOT LIKE to see such growth—I would love to see ELON do a F U to Newsom.
