If Trump was not on an almost certain path to the Presidency the Australians would have celebrated that comment. Make no mistake, Australia is entirely dependent on the American defense umbrella. 30 million Australians on a resource rich, wealthy island continent in China’s near abroad is a tempting target.
When Trump 45 becomes Trump 47 I hope he takes the leftists running Australia to the woodshed.
Australia and Canada were my go-to backup countries if things ever got bad in America.......
