I envision that scene from Seinfeld when Jerry’s getting ready to put a pillow over George’s face in the hospital. Donna easily could smother Seth with a pillow.

I think the hospital staff feels the same way. Especially after a certain doctor came into Seth’s room, shooed out everybody, and then Seth was dead. Coincidentally, the same doctor had signed in on the White House Visitors Log many times.

I’m assuming you meant “does not make you insincere”. All I can say is that it depends on the person. But there too many examples of liars who are good debaters to just automatically take their word for it. Vivek was just as passionately denouncing Trump 4 years ago as he’s now passionately supporting him. Has he genuinely changed his mind? Everyone has to come to their own conclusion. I know what mine is.
