Good pick
Good pick
I was hoping for (but knew it wouldn’t be) Vivek.
YES!!!!!!!!
Fantastic! Even if they do kill Trump, the war with the Russians will end.
In before Freepers start arguing with each other, a la COVID-19 and Ukraine/Russia threads. Not looking forward to that. We’ve had some truly sad moments the past few years.
Was hoping it was Vivek or Tulsi, but Im OK with Vance..just his past statements regarding Trump are going to come back to bite him in the ass but we shall see
Naah, VR would be better in Cabinet as an attack dog on some admin.
Makes ‘28 a MAGA v. MAGA race!! Desantis v Vance, may the best MAGA win that one!!! win-Win situation!!
Media posed a question to Mayorkas in WH press conference saying that Vance was the pick
I hope the Dims don’t pick up an Ohio seat like they picked up an Alabama seat after Trump picked Trump loyalist but political careerist Jeff Sessions for AG.

Donald J. Trump
@realDonaldTrump
After lengthy deliberation and thought, and considering the tremendous talents of many others, I have decided that the person best suited to assume the position of Vice President of the United States is Senator J.D. Vance of the Great State of Ohio. J.D. honorably served our Country in the Marine Corps, graduated from Ohio State University in two years, Summa Cum Laude, and is a Yale Law School Graduate, where he was Editor of The Yale Law Journal, and President of the Yale Law Veterans Association. J.D.’s book, “Hillbilly Elegy,” became a Major Best Seller and Movie, as it championed the hardworking men and women of our Country. J.D. has had a very successful business career in Technology and Finance, and now, during the Campaign, will be strongly focused on the people he fought so brilliantly for, the American Workers and Farmers in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Ohio, Minnesota, and far beyond….

My preferences would have been Youngkin of Virginia or Hawley of Missouri.
But Vance will be fine too.
Like it, but hate to lose him as my senator.
Yay!
