I have never been a one topic Freeper.
However, what is considered “a reasonable post” is determined by the eye of the beholder.
I have repeatedly stated:
“I respect freedom of thought and expression of each person to hold their own opinion even if differing from mine.
Therefore, all Freepers also are entitled to hold their own viewpoint as well. Absolutely, it is not my intention nor responsibility to “change” or form opinions for someone else.”
There are only two options
That Garland, the top LEO officer in the USA and former candidate for SCOTUS, didn’t imagine that Courts would use this obvious argument when looking at a historical prosecution of a former President. In that case, he’s a total idiot

He did imagine it, and proceeded anyway - because he was running a month’s long headline generating media psyop, and election-interference campaign.
