Trump’s Florida case stunningly dismissed after judge finds appointment of special counsel Jack Smith violated the Constitution
In a stunning move, former President Donald Trump’s confidential documents case was tossed out by a federal judge in Florida on Monday.
Judge Aileen Cannon dismissed the case against the presumptive Republican presidential nominee on the grounds that the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith to the case violated the Constitution.

If the other judge does not Dismissed the case then the Supreme Court will have to decide the issue because you can’t have one federal judge ruling it’s unconstitutional and one it’s constitutional, especially when it concerns the Presidency.
This ruling is also a sign that the power brokers in DC understand that there will be a sea change.

Bragg's case the sentencing has been postponed until after September, but I think it will never happen, the case is fatally flawed. All this lawfare is finally almost over, it was all fake and nasty, all an evil attempt to influence voters and jail their political opposition.

it’s crazy, but I think you’re right. There will be no sentencing.
And, incidentally, someone is not a “convicted felon” until they are sentenced....Trump is NOT a convicted felon and likely will never be.
