Ears are much different as well...though that could just be the slight difference in angle.
In any event, given the sources for this claim are Laura Loomer and TGP, that alone is reason to hold this entire story to be suspect.
BlackRock has now pulled the ad so either it is him or they have reason to believe it is - like I said above the angle of the first image is different (titled up) which can explain the differences in the appearance of facial shape.
Laura Loomer and TGP may have gotten something accurate - quite an anomaly.
