Not surprising. It’s like Oct. 7 in Israel. Government asleep at the switch. People have lapses in their vigilance and government workers are too organizational and relaxed. Doesn't pass the smell test. I'm not a security professional and even *I* know you don't leave a roof available to a shooter when the distance to the target is approximately 150 yards.
