The only reasons which answer the questions is they were all in on it and this was an agency operation where everyone would have plausible deniability.
You cannot say you just happened to leave the best roof in the area with unobscured sight is left unguarded and trained SS agents with binoculars did not pick this guy up faster than the crowd below saw him.

They hire out some young wacko who can take the brunt of an "investigation" which was likely done a week before it all happened and put the bulk of hatred Americans have on him. This is done so well you gotta wonder. But it does answer a multitude of questions from a purported eye witness,the guy with the 2020 trump visor and the "red hair". I know all questionable but the video is super compelling. If it's not real it will come out this week as dozens of wanna be journalists all interview this guy.
Basically, he told the UK interviewer that he had tried to warn law enforcement over and over in the two to three minutes before the shots rang out that there was a man with a gun "bear crawling" on a roof and it looked like he was going to shoot the President.
If law enforcement did ignore this and it did happen like the purported eye witness said than it was an intel hit no question.
