This raises several questions:
1. When did the shooter recon the area to determine a suitable firing position?
2. When did he know that he’d have access to that ladder and roof on the day of the rally?
I doubt he just showed up hoping to find a suitable firing position. Seems to me he either: 1)knew ahead of time he’d have access, which implicates a conspiracy or 2) the SS was grossly incompetent. The more I see images like this, the more I’m leaning toward the former.

it seem highly likely this handy extension ladder was pre-positioned by the shooter or a co-conspirator along side the AGR International building ... after all, an aluminum extension ladder lying on the ground along the side of industrial buildings in little nooks no one usually visits anyway would hardly look suspicious ...
