Phenomenal photo— so, from the camera angle the bullet passed through DJT’s top of his ear and past his head. His head was turned pretty far to his right. One could track the line back to the rooftop. Not knowing the stage orientation— this may be done.
Oliver Alexander:
I cannot understand how the Secret Service snipers on this rooftop just 430ft from the shooter did not notice him climbing into position on the roof.
The Secret Service rooftop is slightly more elevated than the shooter’s rooftop. They should have at least been able to see something.

Did the shooter just luck out on finding a roof that had a decent height and angle to the stage? I would think something like that would need to be figured out ahead of time. Or perhaps he just wandered around the various structures and picked one he thought would work.
And it had a ladder or some other way to get up onto the metal roof. But a fixed ladder would be rare for that type of building I think.
