Whoever created that slide, and/or put it into their "training" materials, needs to be court-martialed, and mustered out of the service. Absolutely. Removing the slide is insufficient and provides zero accountability. Anyone involved in the development of the slide, and the approval of the presentation should face discipline appropriate to the offense. Career ending discipline.
