Did he just say about NATO… “an attack BY one of us is an attacked BY all of us”? Maybe I heard that wrong because Joe slurs his words.
He’s reading from teleprompters. If he thinks that’s going to convince people that he’s cogent, he’s wrong especially after he introduced “President Putin.
