Edited? Then it's not an interview but an advertisement - an illegal political contribution-in-kind.

Either the Jao Bai-din campaign pays for the ad and the radio station identifies it as an advertisement, with equal time given to all other candidates, or let the station owners and interviewers all face charges.

Also, Jao Bai-din's campaign reimburses the taxpayers for jet fare as it's a campaign promotion, not an interview.
