Dept of Defense seems to have evolved into a sliver of elite and high-tech ISR dependent warfighters, designed over the last 35 years of small wars of empire on on hand, and on the other, a vast, bloated, woke, political Fed.gov agency no different from your local welfare office or DMV.
Doesn’t bode well for the coming big wars they have planned.
