I was a leader in California Operation Rescue back in the 1980's.
Was falsely arrested by some pro-abortion zealots of putting glue in the lock at an abortion mill.
The documentation for the arrest listed it as a "hate crime".
This is back when the Feds began using RICO charges against pro-lifers, which had only previously been used for mob racketeering in Chicago and New York.
Interesting side story...
My main accuser that day was my nemesis that who I encountered on the streets of LA at least weekly. She was the President of the LA Chapter of the National Organization for Women.
