They are all traitors and should be prosecuted as such.
All the Congress critters voting against this will be breaking their oaths of office, assuming they even have such an oath on file. (Surprisingly, many don’t.) If they don’t, the following is made even simpler.
SCOTUS has a case to consider Congressional oath breakers
and oath-abstainers before it—Brunson—even at this moment.
SCOTUS could choose to act on this case within very few days. Doing so could remove oath violators from Congress with immediate effect.
SCOTUS vote could be 7-2 or just might be 9-0.
