Yes indeed, it does prevent South Americans and Central Americans from voting, as well as millions of other illegal criminal aliens from all over the world that the Biden administration has allowed into our Country!
If it were up to me I would deport every living would in this country who could not produce an American ID. Then I would question the ones issued within the last four years and deport them as well.
