A-hole Judges were ruling this to be Un-Constitutional, or in violation of "Voting Rights", or "unfair to minorities", etc.
Just having the larger body counts, by including non-citizens, not only affects Apportionment, but provides the numbers for fake mail-in votes, using non-citizen numbers, too.
EVERY Voter Role in EVERY state should be purged completely, and re-Registration for voting should be conducted, with REAL proof of U.S. Citizenship REQUIRED for re-Registration. The number of voters would probably then drop by HUGE amounts, without question. Likewise, no ballot without Voter Photo ID can be acceptable, period.

THIS! I would also just add 1 day 1 vote and no ballot harvesting. Everybody gets the votes they are able to turn out on that one day. The left would lose in landslides!
