WASHINGTON — Sen. Chris Murphy, an ambitious young Democrat from Connecticut, went on television Sunday with a carefully worded warning to President Joe Biden about the viability of his campaign.
“This week is going to be absolutely critical; I think the president needs to do more,” Murphy said.
Sen. Michael Bennet, D-Colo. said Biden had to “reassure the American people that he can run a vigorous campaign to defeat Donald Trump.”
Sen. Patty Murray of Washington, a senior member of the Democratic leadership team, put out a statement that passed for fighting words, saying that the president “must do more to demonstrate that he can campaign strong enough to beat Donald Trump.”
So far, Biden has done none of that.
And yet, Democrats on Capitol Hill are stifling their doubts and falling in line behind him anyway.
Having spent the last week and a half in various stages of private panic and public skepticism about Biden’s viability as a candidate and whispering among themselves about what the best way to push him aside might be — a strongly worded letter? a White House meeting? a high-level intervention? — top Democrats on Tuesday settled on a strategy many of them conceded could be disastrous: They would do nothing, at least for now.
For now, top Democrats have no appetite for breaking with him. In a statement provided to The New York Times, Schumer said, “I’m working overtime with the Biden campaign and my colleagues to win the presidency and maintain the Democratic majority in the Senate.”

everyone needs to understand that the ONLY reason why they are all panicking is because they are afraid that Trump will do to them what they have been doing to him!
We, the people, still do not know the extent of Biden’s medical problems.
drjill and Hunter are keeping it all buried in order to advance the Biden family’s hidden agenda.
Yet, the consternation evidenced by the Democrat camp indicates they have the inside track on all of Biden’s troubling behavior.
Reference: A typical day for a Parkinson’s patients includes slowness, rigidity, balance problems, falling, low volume of voice, difficulty being understood, bladder problems, bowel problems, and sometimes cognitive decline and paranoia.

Fascists loosing power to fascists (not that trump is, but that’s their fear) is the worst psychological terror. It’s a double whammy. Not only do they lose their precious precious power, but they know what the powerful can do to the powerless by their own experience

If they try to replace him, they have to admit he can’t be president now. Then they have to admit they have been in on the lie all along.

Their fear is greatly justified. But if you don’t want to play the game, don’t make up draconian rules. This strategy has some nasty aftereffects.
Simple courtesy, applied from the beginning, would have gone a long ways, but NOOO, had to go for the kill shot.
Magnanimous in defeat, insufferable in victory.
My father had some of those symptoms slightly to an extent, but he mainly had the hand twitch.
They are waiting for nature to make the decision for them.
Nobody is going to make a move unless:
- forced (Biden has a medical event that can’t be papered over)
Or
- a consensus emerges on a way forward (very difficult given the competing factions of the Dem party which hasn’t had a strong message but has managed to overcome that through unity in effort)
The only thing worse than being disloyal is being a loser, and the DNC may ultilately decide through inaction that they’ll try like hell to win, but if they do lose, they might as well make Biden eat that loss (and clear Kamala from the field while they are at it.)
They are probably frantically calling their friends at the CIA...”you still do assassinations these days, right?”
CIA: “No Senator, you banned that in the 1980s after the Church Committee hearings.”
Senator: “Well times change—and we have an emergency here—no time for new legislation...you gotta act.”
CIA: “One hand washes the other, Senator. How much can you add to our budget for next year.”
Senator: “Whatever you want. Blank check. Just get this done....”

The fix is in. Illegals will be voting in large numbers. A byproduct of illegal voting is that polls are even more meaningless. The media has so conditioned the masses that many would vote for Biden even if he were dead.
Trump may win, but it won’t be a slam dunk.
I feel very uncomfortable about it.
