X Corp. & owner @elonmusk have officially beat a severance lawsuit related to the layoff of 6,000 employees following Musk's takeover of Twitter.
The suit alleged that Musk owed the laid-off employees $500 million in severance pay under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act, but the claim was shot down by San Francisco District Judge Trina Thompson.

The employees that were charging the company for $400 lunches and eating at home was appalling to me.
I would have gone over every “Expense’ Account & sued them for Embezzlement.
I have sent in a request multiple times and they don’t even bother to send me the ‘we will review’ email.
I was just shocked at the violence threatened to President Trump by liberals - who are probably all still posting happily away on x - I was absolutely in fear for his safety and his life.
I can only ready about 2 or three posts a day now and then get locked out immediately.

Those lazy POSs - they would go to work, play on the computer, eat FREE chef prepared food, go to a meditation room and FO or F, have free espresso from a $25,000 espresso machine and then get a red wine to go so they could relax at home from a day of screwing around and pretend like they actually mattered in this world.
